Customer Service Enquiries Adviser
Our Enquiries, Advice and Guidance team is the first point of reference for everyone who comes into contact with Plumpton College and we are now seeking an exceptional Enquiries, Advice and Guidance Adviser to provide first class customer service. Responding to queries from students, parents and schools regarding courses at Plumpton College, you will provide high quality information and advice on our broad range of study programmes, part-time courses, apprenticeships and traineeships. Delivering a professional, efficient and friendly response to customers and clients, you will deal with enquiries by telephone, email, in person or in writing. There will be a requirement to input high volumes of applicant information and produce correspondence in a timely manner using online databases and customer relationship management systems.
The ideal candidate will be experienced in working in a high volume customer service environment and will have a customer focused approach, demonstrating excellent communication, organisational and decision making skills. Ideally qualified to Level 2 in business administration and Level 3 IAG qualification or equivalent, you will also possess a Level 2 qualification in Maths and English. You will be a professional, committed and confident team player with a flexible approach.

Please note that the working hours for this role will on a flexible shift basis between the hours of 8am – 6pm Monday to Friday.
