North Warwickshire & South Leicestershire College are looking to appoint a talented Assistant HR Business Partner who will be able to work on their own initiative to provide dedicated HR advice and support across the Midland Academy Trust.
As an Assistant HR Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the development of a cohesive HR Service to the Learning Group. You will be an integral member of the HR team and will provide support to the HR Business Partners in the provision of a high level professional Human Resources (HR) service to designated areas to support the delivery of business plans.
To succeed in this role you will have experience of working within a school/multi academy HR function as well as the ability to work to deadlines in a busy and demanding environment. Suitable candidates will require ‘a can do approach’ with a strong customer focus to support the development and delivery of HR services.
You will be driven, innovative, possess a sound knowledge of the business partner model, have expertise in complex employee relations and have a strong proven track record of performance. Sound understanding of HR best practice, employment law and organisational change is essential as well as the ability to coach and support managers to increase management capability within the Learning Group.
