Information, Advice and Guidance Manager
We are looking to recruit a full time permanent manager for our successful & expanding Enquiries, Advice & Guidance Team. In this role, you will lead a busy customer focused team based in the heart of the college, focused on offering careers information advice and guidance to prospective students, delivering customer service excellence.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced manager with exceptional knowledge of education admissions processes, with a good understanding of the government careers strategy aims and objectives. You will oversee the careers leader and service on behalf of the college and therefore will be qualified to Level 4 in Careers Guidance & Development. We offer superb CPD opportunities for all staff, and in this role, we will support your development towards a Level 6 in Careers Guidance and Development. You will also be a professional, hardworking and confident team player with a track record of delivering results in a data driven environment.
