An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Curriculum Team Leader to share responsibility for the leadership and management of our well established construction curriculum area. You should be qualified to a minimum of Cert Ed or PGCE. Also, you should be a motivated, learner-centred, outstanding teacher, with qualified teacher status, have management experience in education or industry, as well as considerable technical experience within the Construction sectors including relevant work experience within Trowel Trades and Painting and Decorating areas. An in-depth knowledge of the Further Education Sector is essential.
You should have excellent communication skills as you will be required to manage jointly the curriculum area and lead a committed team of teachers and assessors. You will be expected to participate in leadership and management training to develop your own skills.
