We require a new permanent member of staff in the role of:

Course Leader - Policing 1.0 FTE post

The post will involve managing a small team of tutors on the policing degree and also include teaching on a range of courses across policing.

Applicants should have a minimum of a Master’s Degree or equivalent industrial experience in the relevant subject. Experience of teaching and supervising student project work would be essential, as would possession of a recognised teaching qualification (or be willing to gain one).

The successful candidates will be highly motivated self-starters and able to communicate with students, tutors, employers and academia at all levels.

Duties include teaching on and preparing materials for a range of undergraduate and/or professional programmes. You will also provide support to senior academics for module delivery and assessment as well as Outreach activities and Open Days.
