Reaseheath College is one of the largest and most successful land based colleges in the UK delivering a wide range of land based and specialist vocational, technical and academic qualifications.Judged as 'good with outstanding features' (Ofsted Nov 2015) and 'Outstanding' for its Care Standards (Ofsted June 2017), and a number of commendations for Higher Education (QAA May 2014) Reaseheath College is following a 3 year strategic plan to achieve outstanding status in all of its key areas of provision. The College has invested GBP 50m in its facilities over the past 10 years with a further GBP 30m recently completed to cater for the high demand and growth in our provision.

The College is seeking to appoint a Teaching and Learning Coach who will join the Quality Team and work closely with the Quality Improvement Manager in supporting the College's journey towards achieving outstanding in its teaching and learning practice.

We are looking for exceptional individuals who can demonstrate a proven track record of delivering consistently good and outstanding teaching, learning and assessment, experience of coaching and supporting others and an excellent understanding of teaching and learning in a post 16 environment, including being proactive in the use of social media, digital literacy and blended learning opportunities.   

You will have a minimum Level 5 qualification (preferably Level 7) or equivalent vocational experience, minimum of Level 2 Maths and English or equivalent and a recognised full teaching qualification.

Please note this role constitutes'regulated activity' as defined by the Protection of Freedom Act 2012. The successful candidate will therefore be required to undertake an enhanced DBS with barred list information prior to starting employment.
