Blue Alligator are looking to recruit an IT Service Desk Analyst Apprentice to join their customer facing helpdesk where you will be providing software support to customers for their Windows, cloud-based and mobile device applications. The role includes first line telephone support, offering advice, recording and tracking issues, understanding the customer’s data and business rules in order to investigate more complex issues (including liaising with our development team) in order to provide a solution to the customer.
Things to consider:
- Salary of £9,750 with an increase of £1,200 every 6 months based on performance.
Entry requirements
GCSE English and Maths A*-C/4-9 or level 2 equivalents.
Skills Required
- General Windows PC usage
- Familiar with Microsoft Office products
- Use of spreadsheets
- Good communicator (both verbal and written)
