Level 2 Assessor - Accountancy

Blackburn College is passionate about innovative teaching and learning practice and committed to growing and developing our apprenticeship provision.

As a vital member of our Apprenticeships team you will be responsible for a case load of learners. You will liaise with learners to plan and undertake assessments in the workplace, deliver high quality training and support and monitor them through all aspects of their apprenticeship/learner journey, to ensure successful completion of end point assessment and the Apprenticeship Standard.

With a L3 relevant academic or industry related qualification and practical experience of working in an Accountancy setting you will have the enthusiasm to communicate a real passion for your subject. What’s more, you’ll be a highly self-motivated and organised individual with the ability to work to deadlines and meet targets. A teaching qualification to intermediate level, or willingness to work towards one, is essential.
