Learning Coach

We are looking for a Learning Coach for our Lifeskills faculty, based at our Banbury campus. This will include:

• The teaching, training and assessment of students and other client groups to quality standards set by the College
• The tutoring and management of one or more courses or groups of students
• To participate in Curriculum Development meet the needs of changing Industrial demand and College planning.
• To participate in Internal Verification, contribute to target setting, RAGG ratings and auditing monitoring processes.
• To tutor other student and trainee groups including the maintenance of records of achievement and undertaking training visits.

This role will be 18.5 hours per week, term time only.
