Moulton College are looking for experienced Specialist Learning Support Assistants to work within our growing Highs Needs function. This opportunity is ideal for a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) looking to advance in their career whilst also helping 16-18 year olds reach their full potential.

The college has seen a rise in the number of students with complex needs, to ensure we are always providing the best level of care we are developing our Learning Support Team. This has created the need for specialist team members, with the right level of knowledge and experience to support both staff and learners to ensure the success of the students.

As a Specialist Learning Support Assistant you will be responsible for the provision of high quality focused learner support, through improving study skills whilst accurately reporting on progress. This will include 1-1 learner support, keeping log books and accurate records and ensuring a high level of attendance and retention. This role will also allow you to coach and develop new LSA’s when joining the team and also throughout their career at Moulton.

For this post we require someone with a minimum of a Level 3 in the relevant qualifications, along with experience of working with young people with physical or learning disabilities.

Interviews will be held on Monday 4th April.
