Course Team Leader - Early Years

The Early Years Section offers high quality provision and up-to-date expertise with a strong focus on student achievement and excellent links with local employers, for both full time and work based learning. We are seeking to appoint a Course Team Leader to lead full time course provision and deliver a range of programmes in Early Years.

You should be qualified to degree level or equivalent in the relevant subject area, together with an advanced level teaching qualification (e.g. DET, PGCE) and an assessor qualification. You should have experience of teaching Early Years including the CACHE syllabus and have good knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage Curriculum, and have some supervisory or leadership experience. You should have some experience of curriculum co-ordination and development, and be able to set and achieve high standards within your team.
