Moulton College was initially established in 1921 as the Northamptonshire Institute of Agriculture, since then we have evolved into is a specialist land-based college covering 500 hectares providing further and higher education to students.

Agriculture students have access to an extensive range of practical resources as an important part of their course. A large area of commercially farmed estate on a range of soil types; the arable enterprise includes a variety of crops including wheat, oats, oilseed rape, forage maize, lucerne and grass. With sheep and beef livestock enterprises, the College also has an extensive range of agricultural machinery and specialist workshops for machinery maintenance, arc, MIG, TIG and oxyacetylene welding.

If you are educated to HNC level or have equivalent vocational experience within an agricultural discipline, hold or be prepared to work towards and achieve a Diploma in Teaching and Learning (Certificate in Education),  have obtained a minimum of grade C or equivalent in GCSE English & Maths, and are committed to, and have evidence of, CPD, we would love to hear from you! 

Duties will include the teaching and training of students and other client groups to quality standards set by the college, tutoring and management of one or more courses or groups of students, along with development of agricultural courses. Further requirements of this role will be to participate in internal verification, auditing and other quality monitoring processes to ensure learners, customers and clients receive exemplary service.
