We have a great opportunity to join the HR Team as a HR/Resourcing Administrator on a on a permanent, full time (37 hours per week) basis.
As a HR/Resourcing Administrator you will be acting as the first point of contact for all HR related queries, via phone, email and in person; responding promptly, whilst managing expectations effectively. To be customer focused at all times and deliver a high level of service to the organisation and external candidates. To be familiar with HR/Recruitment policies, procedures and guidance so as to provide accurate and up to date information. Seeing the recruitment process from end to end. Processing new starters, sick pay/maternity & paternity pay/adoption leave.

In order to do this role you will need:
- Previous HR/Recruitment Administration experience
- Level 2 English and Maths
- Demonstrable customer service experience
- Excellent organisational skills, managing own workload to meet tight deadlines
- Conscientious with a high attention to detail
