Moulton College is a specialist land-based college set in beautiful rural Northamptonshire. The college seeks to appoint an ambitious and forward thinking Assistant Director to lead the Finance function.

Reporting directly to the Chief Finance Officer the successful applicant will have day-to-day responsibility for all the financial operations of the college including working closely with budget holders to set and deliver the budget.

As Assistant Director you will play a key part in delivering the college’s strategy, using your experience in the Further Education or Skills/Training sector, alongside your strong business acumen, to develop financial resilience and ensure excellent value for money. Experience of managing a successful Finance team is essential to the success of this role.

The College has a long-established reputation for delivering a broad vocational curriculum in Land-based, Construction, Food & Drink and Sports. Operating from a 1,200 acre facility incorporating a full working farm and other business enterprises the college is geared towards demonstrating industry standards and enhancing the student experience.
