Moulton is committed to supporting our students to succeed in their studies and make a successful transition into work or further study. We are now seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our team to provide first class careers advice and guidance to a broad range of students in accordance with the Gatsby Good Career Benchmarks for Colleges. This may take the form of workshop sessions, 1-2-1 tutorials or via open forum events. In addition you will develop a variety of resources to meet the needs of students and promote the careers service to staff, students and parents alike. You will liaise with external organisations as appropriate to further develop the careers offer.

You will hold a recognised qualification in careers education and guidance (Level 6) and have experience of providing information, advice and guidance in individual or groups settings. You will ideally be educated to degree level or equivalent. With previous experience of working in a school or College setting you will be experienced in dealing with students with a variety of academic abilities. You will have strong communication skills and a proven ability to generate buy in from others to support new initiatives and to achieve goals.
