Public Services Lecturer x2

This position is an excellent opportunity for an inspirational, experienced lecturer.

Experience in teaching BTEC public services level 1 – level 5 courses is preferred but, other candidates may be considered if they are suitable for the post. The enrichment programme demands a good deal of physical and outdoor based activities and you will be expected to plan, organise and take part in residential study visits that provide evidence for practical units.

To teach and assess on Levels 1 – 3 and possibly levels 4 - 5 public services programmes and prepare learners for the realistic working environment.

We require a lecturer as soon as possible to join an established and committed public services team. You will be required to have a good standard of education and experience of the sector.

You need to have excellent organisational and communication skills and a good level of IT competence.  You will also have experience of meeting the needs and expectations of the team and the learners.

You must be committed to equality and diversity, health and safety and safeguarding.

There will be opportunities for you to expand your knowledge and experience by attendance at training, both internal and external.
