This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and proactive individual to join the Registry and Admissions Team at CU Coventry. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to students and academic staff throughout the student life cycle.
This is a demanding, fast paced and hands-on role that requires an enthusiastic and innovative individual with outstanding administrative and customer service skills. You must be able to think on your feet, work proactively as part of a wider team and as an individual. The ability to effectively decipher and interpret regulations and policies is crucial.
You should have a good general education, excellent IT, communication and organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure being essential for the role. You should also have experience of working within a busy office environment, ideally in Higher Education in a previous administrative role.
You will be expected to work 36.5 hours per week and be flexible at certain times of the year for enrolment, graduation etc.
