We have an exciting opportunity to join Writtle University College to lead the newly created Recruitment and Marketing Team. To help us achieve our ambitious targets, we are seeking an experienced individual who can demonstrate success in developing innovative strategies and delivering outstanding results.

Ideally a professional in the education sector, this is an opportunity for you to make a significant contribution to the future success of our University College, which has had its roots in the local area since 1893. You will play a pivotal creative and proactive role as part of the University College Leadership Group, and work collaboratively to deliver the targets for both Higher and Further Education student recruitment, both home and Internationally.

You will continuously develop and deliver marketing strategies that meet and exceed the changing demands of our audiences. You will do this through a data and insight driven approach that delivers exceptional results and value for money from the Recruitment and Marketing budget. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing external agencies.

You will be confident in all aspects of digital marketing, have sound judgement in media relations and be able to deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns. You will have exceptional interpersonal skills that will allow you to lead the Recruitment and Marketing function across the organisation, and be its representative externally.

To succeed in your application, you will demonstrate your ability to deliver on our student recruitment targets and share our passion for education and the belief in its ability to transform lives, society and our planet for the better. You will hold a postgraduate degree, or be able to demonstrate the equivalent through experience, and hold a clean UK driving licence.

This role necessitates some evening and weekend working. It is primarily office based, but at times will involve travelling as required.
