We are seeking to appoint a driven and motivated individual to join our curriculum management team to lead and inspire nominated curriculum teams to deliver an outstanding student experience.

You will be tasked with providing an experience that maximises student success to support positive progression for a range of curriculum areas. You will be responsible for strategic and operational planning of the curriculum and the efficient deployment and management of resources to ensure they contribute to the College. You will also be responsible for managing staff performance and student discipline to promote a culture of success and achievement.

You will have previously held a curriculum management role and be able to demonstrate innovative curriculum development  and the management of resources. You will a strong communicator with an ability to build credibility with a range of stakeholders, managing multiple projects simultaneously. You will have previous experience in the FE sector and ideally in Animal Welfare, Construction, Land based or Sport curriculums.

You will have a good standard of education including a minimum of grade C in GCSE English & Maths (or equivalent), a degree or similar and you may also hold a management qualification. But most of all you will have a proactive, engaged and flexible approach!
