Work Placement Adviser (Fixed Term Contract until June 2020)

We are looking to recruit a full time Work Placement Adviser to join our expanding job shop and work experience hub team. In this role you will work closely with our Level 2 and Level 3 students who require work placements as part of their study programmes.

Your role will be instrumental in matching students to industry specific placements as well as assisting in the recruitment of employers to our ever expanding network. You will visit students while on placement and to complete reviews and health and safety checks where needed.

The ideal candidate will be able to build and maintain good working relationships with students, employers and wider college teams. It is essential for this role that the candidate can drive and has a full driving licence with business insurance on their vehicle. Due to the nature of our industries the vast majority of your day will be spent out on visits and therefore you will be someone who thrives in independent working scenarios.
