Learning Development Coach

To support our journey from good to outstanding we wish to appoint inspirational teachers or assessors to act as Learning and Development Coaches with experience of working in Employer Responsive and supporting assessors and teachers. We are looking for candidates who are passionate about improving the quality of teaching, learning and assessment and eager to help other assessors or teachers to secure high quality learning and progress. You will contribute to embedding the teacher development strategy and work closely with teachers and assessors across the full range of the college provision to assess and enhance the quality of the learning experience. This role is pivotal in driving quality improvements in teaching, learning and assessment and will involve:

• Coaching, mentoring and leading professional development

• Developing innovative learning methods and resources

• Conducting observations and learning walks
