Do you have a passion for education with plenty of enthusiasm to develop and inspire the next generation? We have an opportunity for a motivated individual to join a growing team on a full-time basis.
An opportunity has arisen for a motivated individual to teach on BTEC Level 2 and Level 3 Science courses.
The successful candidate will hold a degree in Science and a minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Biology or a related discipline. You must also hold a relevant teaching qualification (or be willing to work towards).
You will have experience of teaching Science up to Level 3. Work-related experience in the science sector (e.g. Laboratory) and of teaching Applied Science/Forensic/Medical Science would also be highly advantageous.
You must be able to demonstrate a real enthusiasm for teaching science with an ability to motivate and inspire learners to succeed.
You will work with a dedicated team and have the opportunity to work with colleagues across the College. Tailored training opportunities and a generous holiday entitlement are key benefits of the role.
The successful applicant will be required to complete an enhanced DBS check.

This post is full-time, however consideration will be given to applicants wishing to work on a part-time basis. Please state the number of hours that you would like to work on your application form.
The successful candidate will need to travel between sites.
