Lecturer - Sports Performance & Coaching

The exceptional facilities offered at Moulton College, fully embrace the growth in demand for sports courses. These superb facilities include a full size basketball court, four badminton courts and a volleyball court as well as a dance studio, sports science lab and fitness suite to allow a greater variety of practical subjects to be studied. The Sports Therapy and Injury Rehabilitation Centre, including a 25 metre swimming pool, further enhance the facilities offered at Moulton College and provide a remarkable student and employee experience.

If you are educated to BSc (Hons) Level or equivalent in a Sports Performance & Coaching related subject, are prepared to work towards and achieve a Diploma in Teaching and Learning (Certificate in Education), hold, or be willing to work towards, and achieve, a Diploma in Teaching and Learning (Certificate in Education) or equivalent, along with a minimum of grade C or equivalent in GCSE English & Maths, we would love to hear from you! 

With a willingness to operate flexibly, duties will include teaching and training students, and other client groups, with an emphasis on Sports Performance & Coaching, tutoring and management of courses along with participation in curriculum development to meet the needs of changing industrial demand and College development. To support the provision of exemplary service to learners, customers and clients, additional duties will include moderation, auditing and other quality monitoring processes. 

You will have experience within, and up to date knowledge of Sports Performance & Coaching practice, as well as an ability to present information effectively and motivate students in order to improve student satisfaction.
