We are seeking to appoint a self-motivated individual to the role of Curriculum Manager (WorkWorld) in Business, Professional & Logistics. This is an exciting opportunity to join a department whose diverse curriculum boasts continued student success and achievement.
You must be able to undertake management and curriculum responsibilities for specific areas of the department. You will be accountable to the Head of Faculty and be responsible for the specific curriculum and the performance of this curriculum in terms of raising success rates, achieving recruitment targets and achieving good or outstanding inspection outcomes.
The successful candidate must:
- Hold a degree level qualification, in a relevant vocational area
- Have a Cert Ed qualification (or equivalent)
- Hold GCSE English & Maths (A-C)
- Have Programme Management experience
- Hold good curriculum planning and implementation skills
- Have the ability to use data to inform decision making
- Have a proven track record of managing staff and leading teams
- Have experience of IV planning and implementation
