Lecturer in Early Years

Would you like to work for an organisation steeped in history but focused on the future and recognised worldwide as an organisation of excellence? An organisation that promotes a healthy work/life balance and recognises and rewards achievements? If so, then Norland is the place for you.

Students at Norland College study a unique combination of the BA (Hons) Early Years Development and Learning degree programme together with the Norland Diploma, a practical based course which prepares students for working with babies, young children and their families.

We are looking to appoint a Lecturer in Early Years to teach on both the degree programme and the Norland Diploma. This will include preparing and delivering lectures and also marking student assignments. The role also requires the post holder to be a personal tutor to a group of students.

You will need to hold an MA in a relevant discipline and also be a qualified teacher. Experience of working with babies, young children and their families is essential.

For an informal discussion about the post, please contact Dr Karen McInnes on 01225 904264 or email karen.mcinnes@norland.ac.uk.
