The successful candidate will be providing support with the following duties:

  • Develop skills to assist in building solutions to meet client needs;
  • Use the MS office suite to meet business needs (specifically Microsoft Excel);
  • Assist the Delivery team on the development of resources for use by clients;
  • Serve as tier 1 support function for Managed Services;
  • Identify and address customers with acute support needs or product configuration and help address the issues;
  • Act in a confidential manner towards Tugela People & client data;
  • Work with the Managed Services team to ensure customer queries are addressed in a timely manner;
  • Assist with the development of training material for HRIS Consultants and customers to use;
  • Support HRIS Consultants with projects at critical times;
  • Work proactively with the Tugela People team to foster positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders;
  • Manage internal projects as directed;
  • Support with ad hoc offices tasks as direct by management.

Entry requirements

  • GCSE Grade C/4 or above in English & Maths
  • A Level qualifications would be desirable

Skills required

  • A genuine interest in HR, with a systems emphasis;
  • A passion for technology and basic understanding of cloud-based programs;
  • Excellent English communication and writing skills;
  • A natural curiosity and a love of developing new skills and relationships;
  • The confidence to speak up with great ideas, embrace change and seek innovative new ways of doing things;
  • Experience with MS Office Suite.
