We are looking for an apprentice to provide administrative support in all areas of our business to include, HR, operational activities, minute taking and managing stock of site specific materials. To assist in the daily administration and to provide support in all areas of the day-to-day running of the business.
Main responsibilities will include:
- To manage all screening and vetting documentation in accordance with BS7858.
- To assist in the management of all personnel files for all Ashridge employees, issue contracts of employment and starter packs for all Security personnel and assist the Directors and Ashridge Management in HR administration when requested.
- Assist the Operational department in scheduling employees on Ashridge Group systems. Including removals, changes and new shifts.
- To manage the issue of uniform for all Ashridge staff and ensure all security officers have full uniform as per Ashridge site requirements. Ensure complete uniform records are kept.
- Assist in the ordering of uniform supplies and frequently manage and monitor and record the stock levels of site specific clothing and equipment to identify any shortfalls to the management team.
- Assisting that all staff and management meetings minutes are recorded and distributed to all staff.
- To assist the Operations Manager and Operations Department to ensure licensed personnel adequately cover all sites, assist in providing cover on all sites and events if needed.
- To comply with all company procedures and policies.
- To inform a company Director of any changes to your personal circumstances as detailed within your terms and conditions of employment.
- Any other duties deemed as part of your job by the HR Business Manager and Managing Director
