Our Commis Chefs prepare and produce fresh food to a high quality on a daily basis. This creates a dynamic and exciting environment, with very busy lunchtime services and daily menu changes.
Our restaurant offers a range of choice for breakfast and lunch services, including hot food, deli, soups and sandwiches, cream teas and home baked cakes.
Working for us allows you to develop your skills across all sections in line with your apprenticeship modules, allowing you to apply your training in the workplace.
Roles and responsibilities:
- To ensure an effective and efficient kitchen operation, keeping a full product range at all times, maximising sales and decreasing costs through strict inventory control and adhering to our standards and health and safety regulations.
- To ensure the delivery of excellent restaurant food to meet our brand standards, playing their part in maximising our customers’ experience. This all helps towards satisfying our customers and ensuring repeat visits.
- You will need to comply with Health & Safety and food hygiene guidelines and also help in the delivery of the operational priorities for the site and Food & Beverage.
