Third Line Team Leader

We have a great opportunity to join the IT Services Team as an 3rd Line Technician Team Leader on a permanent, full time (37 hours per week) basis.
As a Third Line Technician Team Leader you will responsible for providing customers with IT technical support service to all the users of the Group's IT services in a flexible and efficient manner. Adhering to the good practice across the team to assist with continuous development. Diagnose and resolve all hardware/software, desktop and telecoms problem within the agreed SLA. Researching and developing new solutions to resolve complex issues.
In order to do this, you will need experience of:
- Microsoft Certified Systems Associate (MCSA) Windows 10, Office 365 or Server 2012
- CompTIA Network+
- HP AIS Network Infrastructure
- VMware Certified Professional - Desktop & Mobility or Apple Certified Support Professional
- Significant Desktop and Infrastructure support experience within an ITIL Framework.
- Proven track record in problem solving and able to proactively look for resolutions
