40 hours per week on a rota basis, 36 working weeks per year.

Moulton College is currently seeking a Night Warden to join our wardening team to support and supervise students during the evenings and overnight to enhance the safety of our student community.

Duties will include the administration and supervision of a programme of social and sporting activities at the College (evenings and weekends) engaging positively with our residential student community of circa 330 students. 

With experience of working unsocial hours, you will be a waking presence during the night, and will adhere to our Safeguarding duties. Due to the lone nature of this role you will need to be a self-starter who is committed to working to the high standards required by the College regarding the welfare of young people and those with learning difficulties.

A full driving licence is required with this role as you will be required to be mobile across the site as part of the patrolling requirement and may also be required to transport students as part of enrichment activities.

As part of a broader welfare provision you will work on the basis of a 4 nights on; 4 nights off rota during term times. Typical working hours with include the following;

Sunday – Thursday:   21.00 – 08.00
Friday:                         22.00 – 09.00
Saturday:                    22.00 – 09.00
