South Gloucestershire and Stroud College are seeking to appoint a strong Administrator to join our Admissions team.

Working within a small, friendly and supportive team your responsibilities will include processing applications from prospective students, ensuring that they are entered into the college record system in a timely manner. Providing excellent customer service when dealing with enquiries via email or telephone.

The successful candidate will have the ability to pay attention to detail, successfully manage multiple priorities and work efficiently and calmly under pressure. This position would suit someone with customer service or administration experience looking for a new challenge within a College environment. The role will be required to support College recruitment events and will have to work occasional evenings and Saturdays.

Expected Interview Date: Thursday 14th February 2019.

The successful applicant will be required to obtain and maintain a satisfactory Disclosure Certificate, Enhanced with Children’s Barred list check, as a requirement of the job.
