Variable hours – fixed term until 30th June 2019.
We are seeking an experienced Biology practitioner with a passion for teaching to join our extensive department in a variable hour’s role. This role will include teaching a range of Human Biology units to Access to HE students, primarily these will be Biology based but the ability to teach Chemistry or Health and Social Care would be an advantage. Applicants should be degree qualified in a science discipline, as well as having relevant experience in this field. Ideally you will possess a teaching qualification, or be willing to undertake the qualification in the first year of employment.
A teaching qualification would be an advantage or a commitment to undertake this within the first year of employment is essential.
All successful applicants will need to undertake an enhanced disclosure and barring service check and children and adults barred list checks where the applicant will be employed in a regulated activity.
