Sales Executive

We are looking to appoint an experienced individual to the role of Sales Executive, to create, follow-up and close sales opportunities with small, medium and large employers across Merseyside and the North West region. 

This position focuses on both the acquisition of new business and account management and development.  The role will focus on defining and executing B2B sales strategies to ensure the growth and development of commercial training and apprenticeship services. 

We are looking for an individual who has a genuine desire to develop long term relationships with, and provide effective solutions to our customers. You should be a bright, enthusiastic and confident person with an outgoing personality, have a positive work ethic and a desire to succeed.

For this Sales Executive position, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:

  • Proven track record in field sales in the education and training sector
  • Ability to drive, manage and grow St Helens College apprenticeship and commercial provision
  • Oversee and develop the sign up of Apprenticeship starts across the North West
  • Responsible for the development of new business
  • Establish and maintain relationships with SME employers and apprenticeship levy payers
  • Ensure outstanding customer service
  • Network in your region to maximise business opportunities
