We now have an exciting opportunity to join the Administrator Team as a Customer Services Administrator on a permanent, full time (37 hours) basis.
As a Customer Services Administrator you will provide an efficient and professional first point of contact to all stakeholders ensuring excellent customer service is embedded into all activities. To contribute to the overall success of college recruitment to provide support and assistance to learners throughout the learner journey.
To do this successfully you'll need:
- Level 2 Maths
- Level 2 English
- Enhanced DBS clearance
