Temporary until October 2019.
An opportunity has arisen to join our Finance team on a full-time basis. In this interesting and varied role you will undertake a range financial duties in order to provide the College with an efficient and effective finance service.
Duties will include checking and processing purchase requisitions, recording them on the accounts system, processing of invoices, petty cash operations and liaison with staff, students and external organisations relating to payments.
You must have experience of using a computerised finance system and of working with a range of administrative systems and procedures. An ability to work accurately and communicate clearly with a customer focused approach is required for this busy role.
A flexible approach to working hours is essential. Coventry College has two campuses (Henley Campus, Bell Green, City Campus, City Centre), you must therefore be able to travel between sites.
