An opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and adaptable professional who has the desire to develop and expand the current engineering provision at Coventry College.

Reporting to the Head of Faculty, you will take responsibility for the day to day management of the motor vehicle and engineering curriculum area and be responsible for the quality of provision in that area. This will include the effective line management of staff and ensuring that the area is compliant with all quality processes. 

You will have teaching experience in a relevant subject area and have experience of applying quality improvement and assurance processes, as well as tracking and monitoring a wide range of learners on a number of different programmes.

The successful candidate will hold a relevant teaching qualification and a Level 3 qualification in a relevant area as a minimum. 

The post is full-time (37 hours per week). A flexible approach to working hours is essential, as the post holder will be required to work evenings on occasion.

Coventry College have two campuses, one in Bell Green and one in the City Centre. The successful candidate will need to travel between sites.
