Apprentice: Administrator - Employability (2 posts)

We are seeking an enthusiastic Apprentice to join our busy team, based primarily at our Hayes and Harrow Campuses. You will have the opportunity to be involved in a wide range of areas of administration, including dealing with external and internal customers face to face and over the telephone. You will be supported to achieve Business Administration Apprenticeship Level 2 or Level 3.

You will undertake a range of administrative tasks, including communicating with staff, learners and employers, assisting them with a range of queries, either by telephone, face to face or by email, and maintaining/updating the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database.

You should be educated to a good standard and possess English and Maths to Level 2 (GCSE or equivalent) or be willing to achieve this, together with a good working knowledge of IT. You will be well-organised with good communication and customer service skills. Some experience of working in an administrative setting is also essential, together with flexibility and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
