This is an exciting opportunity for an Advanced Practitioner to support our journey to outstanding at Leeds City College. As part of a central team, you will provide excellent customer service and support for curriculum departments in delivering the highest quality feedback, assessment and progress tracking for apprentices.
You will be an excellent teacher with a proven record of ‘good or better’ teaching, learning and assessment practice. Responsibilities will include the sharing of best practice, mentoring underperformance and embedding technology and tracking systems to maximise assessment and progress. You will have a confident and empathic approach, to mentor colleagues and lead on training and development. You will probably be the type of person who is really organised, likes systems and tracking and could pass this enthusiasm onto others!
There is a requirement to deliver teaching in a curriculum department appropriate to your skills and expertise (usually 1 day).
