Property Manager

40 hours per week including weekend working.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Property Manager. You will be responsible for the management of all campus properties, planning and implementing efficient maintenance programmes and managing our in-house construction team as well as specialists and sub-contractors. You will also have responsibility to maintain a safe, secure and high quality learning and living environment and to deliver the highest level of customer service based on value for money and continuous improvement. Preparing tender documents in line with the Hartpury’s financial regulations, you will be responsible for budget management and ensuring all projects comply with statutory regulations and health and safety requirements.

From a construction and facilities management background, you will have experience of property management and the commercial construction industry. Highly motivated, you will have a proven track record of delivering high quality maintenance projects and be able to demonstrate excellent project management and financial planning skills. You will have substantial knowledge of health and safety legislation and be able to demonstrate highly developed communication and negotiation skills.
