Student Services Receptionist/Administrator

22.5 hours per week.

Mon–Wed, 9.30am – 6.00pm.

We take pride in providing an excellent student experience to all our students and the Student Services Department is seen as a ‘one-stop’ shop for all non-academic student queries.

This is a great opportunity for someone to join our busy team to act as first point of contact for all enquiries (face to face, telephone and email). Your role will be varied and include record keeping, general administrative duties, sorting & distributing the post, booking nurse appointments, liaising with staff within their departments and allocating room keys.

The successful candidate will be IT literate, be exceptionally well organised and highly customer focused. Ideally, you will have experience of working in similar role.
