The Manchester College has many Campus locations across Greater Manchester, each with its own specialist cutting-edge facilities within a friendly and supportive environment. We are the largest Further Education College in the UK providing education and training to a wide range of learners.
We now have an exciting opportunity to join our Learner Voice team as an Apprentice on a fixed term (12 Month), full time (37 hours) basis.
As a Learner Voice Apprentice you will provide a proactive and responsive administrative service to support the Learner Voice activity within The Manchester College, in line with college processes and procedures.
As this is an apprentice post the job holder will develop skills, knowledge and experience in all aspects of administration. This will be via on the job training and formal training sessions to establish knowledge and understanding. To attend regular meetings with the supervisor and assessor and attend training sessions leading to an Apprenticeship Certificate in Business Administration Level 2/3; this consists of a National Vocational Qualification, a technical certificate and key skills.
In order to do this, you will need:
- To be a flexible and supportive member of the team.
- To maintain strict confidentiality at all times.
- Attend and take part in team meetings & regular reviews with line manager etc.
- To prepare for and attend assessment meetings and participate in relevant training programmes as required by the organisation.
- Complete all educational and training as required throughout the training period.
- To sign a learning contract with the training provider and adhere to the agreement.
