We are seeking to appoint a Transition Coordinator to join and manage our well established support team within Foundation Studies. The Successful candidate must have experience of working with SEND learners and have previous experience of management. They must have an understanding of SEND and the EHCP process. We are looking for an individual who will embrace change and has a natural can do attitude and is committed to students achieving outstanding outcomes.
