Learning Support Centre Administrators
Reaseheath College prides itself on its inclusive approach to student support, assisting an increasing number of learners with a range of learning difficulties and disabilities to access Further Education and Apprenticeships.
The Learning Skills Centre (LSC) team provides essential support to learners. It works in partnership with curriculum staff across the college in all areas to support students to overcome any barriers to learning and help them to realise their potential.
The College is looking for an experienced administrator to support the EHCP, HNF and ALS processes based in the LSC. Successful candidates should be able to demonstrate strong administrative skills and experience and a high level of interpersonal and communication skills. An understanding of the impact of specific learning difficulties, mental health difficulties, and disabilities on learning in addition to the EHCP/HNF processes would be an advantage. GCSE Maths & English Grade C or above (or equivalent) is essential. Previous experience in an administrative role and proficiency in all MS Office applications is essential.
