We are looking for an enthusiastic Programme Manager to manage the Level 3 Business qualifications. You will be responsible for Level 3 Access to HE and BTEC programmes. You will have knowledge and experience of managing all aspects of study programmes and experience of managing teaching staff. You will also have taught across a range of different Business topics including, but not exclusively, finance, marketing and international business.

You will be committed to supporting students to maximise their potential and will actively track and monitor their progress, supporting them on a group and 1 to 1 basis to ensure they aspire to meet their target grades.

You will have a commitment to achieve excellence and be driven to ensure the success of students and will strive to deliver a programme that is engaging and enjoyed by students.

It is essential that you hold a relevant Business or related degree.
