Building Maintenance Technician

We are looking to appoint a Building Maintenance Technician to join our estates team. You will work as part of a small maintenance team on a wide variety of tasks particularly in your field of expertise but also including plumbing, painting and decorating and carpentry.

The successful applicant will hold a relevant qualification in either Bricklaying, Plastering or Carpentry area and have substantial experience of carrying out maintenance work.

All successful applicants will need to undertake an enhanced disclosure and barring service check and children and adults barred list checks where the applicant will be employed in a regulated activity.
