Impulse Leisure is looking for two apprentices to complete an Apprenticeship in Coaching Learn to Swim, to work across three sites: Blackshots Leisure Centre, Corringham Leisure Centre and Belhus Park Golf and Country Club.

Duties include:

• This is an excellent training opportunity for an enthusiastic individual with a dedicated interest in commencing a career in the leisure industry
• This Apprenticeship underpins the role of an activity leader in the active leisure sector and is appropriate for individuals who are planning, delivering and evaluating activity sessions
• The programme will provide valuable practical experience opportunities across the many facets of a leisure business, such as poolside (Lifeguarding and Swimming Instruction), fitness suite, cafeteria, reception etc. whilst working towards achieving industry recognised qualifications
• The Activity Leadership framework will be tailored towards the individuals strengths and interests, allowing an appropriate pathway to be taken
