Funding and Audit Administrator (Maternity Cover)

Fixed-Term Maternity Cover for 1 year or upon the return of the postholder.

17 hours per week, Term Time Only (38 weeks).

An exciting new opportunity has arisen to become part of the Learning Support Team at SGS College as a Funding and Audit Administrator.

We are looking for an experienced administrator with knowledge of the FE sector and ideally experience of Additional Learning Support to become a member of a fast-developing department requiring immense initiative, professionalism, drive and a solutions-focused attitude to all aspects of the role. The post holder may be required to work across both Filton and Stroud sites occasionally, but will be primarily based at Filton.

You will have previous experience in an administrative role and excellent organisation and IT skills. Previous experience of working in an FE environment would be desirable.

Expected Interview Date: Monday 17th December 2018.

The successful applicant will be required to obtain and maintain a satisfactory Disclosure Certificate, Enhanced with Children’s Barred list check, as a requirement of the job.
