Gower College Swansea is one of the largest colleges in Wales with a strong reputation for high quality teaching and learning. We have six campuses across the city with over 4,500 full time learners and 10,000 part time learners. We currently have a turnover of over £37 million making us a major employer in the region with approximately 1,000 staff.

We are keen to recruit to the newly established role Director of Estates and IT. The role will be responsible for the management of all aspects of the College’s estate and facility support activities including Health and Safety, Computer Services and Reprographics.

Candidates must be educated to degree level in a relevant discipline and have a sound understanding of the legal and financial aspects of major property projects. Experience of working at a management level in a large complex organisation will be required as are excellent leadership and strategic planning skills.
