With a new, dynamic management team in place, together with our planned partnership with Abingdon & Witney College, there are exciting times ahead that will allow us to continue our journey as a forward thinking and passionate college who strive to deliver the highest quality student & employee experience.

The Plumbing curriculum area includes well equipped workshops to cater for the requirements of students and their courses of study. Besides resources for bench work, the workshops have assessment and practice bays for the installation of radiators, cloakrooms and bathrooms, along with a Gas Assessment Centre and a Renewable Technologies Centre to allow students to study for gas and environmental technologies qualifications as part of the Level 3 course.

The resources are designed to ensure that students get a realistic experience of working to an industrial standard. A number of online resources are also available which complement the teaching and learning, which can be accessed while at College or from home.

If you are educated to Level 2 or 3 or equivalent in Plumbing, are prepared to work towards and achieve a Diploma in Teaching and Learning (Certificate in Education), hold a minimum of grade C or equivalent in GCSE English & Maths, and have a commitment to, and evidence of, CPD, we would love to hear from you!

Duties will include the teaching and training of students and other client groups to quality standards set by the college, assessment of student work, tutoring and management of one or more course groups along with development of plumbing and renewable technologies courses. Further requirements of this role will be to participate in internal verification, auditing and other quality monitoring processes to ensure learners, customers and clients receive exemplary service.

Applications will be reviewed on receipt.

Working for Moulton College attracts a range of benefits including membership of the Teachers Pension Scheme; on-site gym; high street discounts; generous holiday entitlement; healthcare cash plan, and more.

The College is an equal opportunities employer and positively encourages applications from all sections of the community. We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults and expect all staff to share this commitment.
