Health and Activity Project Lead

About the role

The main purpose of the role is to increase the number of college staff and students participating in physical activity. A key part of the role will be to manage and coordinate a programme of activities that will address issues of health and well-being amongst students. The post holder will conduct regular consultation sessions with target groups and staff members to build rapport and gather information while collecting and analysing primary data from students to highlight inactive target areas and their physical activity requirements. 

Have you got what it takes?

You should have some project management background along with experience of working in a college setting with learners aged 16 and above. You must be passionate and professional with the ability to bring the subject matter to life while engaging with a wide variety of learners and colleagues. You should be a confident communicator with the ability to build and sustain effective partnerships with National Governing Bodies, Health organisations and other community providers and organisations.
